- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The 14-day trial starts the moment you sign up — you only add payment details if you decide to keep using ShelfCount.
- What happens after the trial?
- If you subscribe, nothing changes — you keep working. If you don't, your account is paused, not deleted: your data stays put and comes right back when you subscribe.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. It's month to month with no contract — cancel from your billing settings and you won't be charged again.
- Does it work with Square?
- Yes. Connect your Square account and sales sync automatically, powering theoretical vs. actual COGS. Square isn't required, though — counts, recipes, and purchasing all work without it.
- How many people can I add?
- As many as you like. Team members and storage locations are unlimited on the one plan — there's no per-seat pricing.
